Description

STPVS-VL 4 inch variable frequency telescopic rod submersible pump

Realize the characteristics of large profit and small cost. In 1995, FE Petro™ brand STP variable frequency submersible pump became the STP variable frequency submersible pump for the petroleum industry.

Faster refueling times during busy hours, plus power savings during non-peak hours. FE Petro™ brand STP variable frequency submersible pumps allow you to save on operating expenses while growing your profits. FE Petro™ brand STP inverter submersible pumps offer these proven benefits to achieve the best performance of 4" submersible pumps in the industry.

Performance benefits

Higher traffic

The MagVFC ™ or EcoFVC inverter controller instantly adjusts the STP submersible pump up and down as needed to provide optimal flow for refueling. This has been consistently verified by customers.

  • Spending almost the same investment, with faster and more matched traffic than a fixed-speed system, resulting in higher sales.

  • Instantly adjust pressure up and down, making it easier to refuel the gun and helping to reduce wear and tear throughout the system.

Efficient energy consumption

Since the variable frequency speed control system provides the corresponding power according to the required operating flow, the system consumes only the necessary energy.

  • Energy savings during off-peak business hours; Increase traffic during peak business hours.

  • The benefits are reduced energy consumption without sacrificing fast refueling times and no sensor or additional wiring work.

Meet your traffic needs

The STP variable frequency pump can be adjusted at the time of installation, passing through your line and dispenser to achieve a greater flow rate per dispenser (38 liters per minute).

  • Depending on peak business needs, you can choose 2 hp or 4 hp STP inverter pumps to meet your needs.

  • The 2 hp STP variable frequency pump provides a stable fuel volume of 38 liters per minute for up to 8 dispensing guns at the same time.

  • The 4 hp STP variable frequency pump provides a stable fuel volume of 38 liters per minute for up to 12 fuel guns at the same time.

Reduced "water hammer pressure"

Water hammer pressure is called water hammer pressure due to the inertia of the pressure fluid due to the inertia of the pressure fluid when the power failure or the valve is closed too quickly, just like a hammer strike, so it is called water hammer pressure. The force generated back and forth by the fluid shock wave, sometimes large, can destroy valves and pumps. This water hammer effect is even more severe in fixed speed systems.

  • STP variable frequency pumps quickly adjust pressure up and down to meet flow demand and significantly reduce the effects of water hammer pressure.

  • Water hammer pressure can cause system fatigue and exacerbate wear and tear on system components.

Inverter controller

Variable frequency pumps are controlled by MagVFC or EcoVFC ™ variable frequency controllers, which can control both 2 and 4 hp STP variable frequency pumps.

  • Refuel faster during busy periods; Save energy during off-peak hours.

  • The controller determines the power consumption of the motor (PMA) and does not require sensors or special wiring work.

  • Installation options include: 2 hp or 4 hp, MLD or PLLD, gasoline or diesel and master-slave, AC manifold pump control options.

  • Can be networked with the INCON ™ level gauge system for enhanced pump control.

Power requirements

VS submersible pumps require power from MagVFC or EcoVFC™™ intelligent controllers to operate

Model VS4 Submersible Pump - Requires three-phase AC input to MagVFC or EcoVFC™™ Intelligent Controller

Model VS2 Submersible Pump - Can be input by single- or three-phase AC to MagVFC or EcoVFC™™ Intelligent Controller

  MagVFC™ 智能控制器的输入电源可为 200-250 VAC, 50 或 60 Hz

The input power supply of the EcoVFC™ intelligent controller can be 360-440 VAC, 50 or 60 Hz

The EcoVFC™ intelligent controller outputs a three-phase variable frequency power supply, which is only used for FE Petro variable speed submersible pump operation

MagVFC™ current: 20 amps

4 hp pump motor current: 15 amps

2 hp pump motor current: 9 amps

Pump motor

2 or 4 hp, variable speed, 2-stage centrifugal pump motors with internal automatic overheating overload protection

Flow rate: 2 hp = 418 l/min, 4 hp = 532 l/min

Pressure: Operating pressure controlled by MagVFC or EcoVFC™™ is: 24 psi ~ 42 psi

With MagShell™ amplified motors, flow can be increased by approximately 45%

Liquid adaptability

Liquid viscosity: 70 SSU @ 15°C (60°F)

Inverter submersible pump models are listed by UL and cUL for use in fuel blends containing up to 10% ethanol or methanol, and 20% methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE), 20% ethyl tert-butyl ether (ETBE), or 17% methyl tert-butyl ether (TAME) gasoline

Inverter submersible pump models (non-AG) can also be used for diesel, fuel oil, kerosene, aviation gasoline, and non-gel-cast jet fuel.

All wet elastomeric rubber is made from high-grade fluorocarbons.

Standard features

Inverter (non-ethanol gasoline) submersible pump models with retractable rods and fixed-length rods are available

Check valve: 2.75" (70cm) diameter fluorocarbon seal (based on cast aluminum body and steel back gasket).

Pressure relief valve: Available in four pressure relief settings. Standard models are pressure-relief at 40 psi and reset above 35 psi

Siphon function: Each submersible pump provides a Venturi siphon. Siphon check valves and slave siphon interface accessories purchased separately.

Air Exclusion Device: Each submersible pump contains a tank return pipe, plus a one-way check valve, which constitutes an active air exclusion function

Power cut-off device: An electronic cut-off device that needs to be actively disconnected when refueling (emergency maintenance).

Quality certificate

The Franklin Gas Station Systems plant is ISO 9001 certified
