VTC-VR Series Oil and Gas Recovery Treatment Unit - Dedicated to tank cleaning
The Vämbok VTC-VR series of oil and gas recovery units is specially designed for tank cleaning operations and is suitable for steam cleaning tanks and mechanical water jet cleaning tanks. Avoid pollution to the atmosphere caused by oil and gas volatilization, eradicate potential safety hazards, and at the same time oil and gas recovery, which also brings certain economic benefits.

Steam cleaning tank oil and gas treatment: In the process of steam flushing oil tank, the oil and gas volatilize due to the high temperature steam in the oil tank, and the VTC-VR oil and gas recovery treatment device is added between the oil tank and the high-altitude exhaust pipeline.
Working principle: the exhaust port of the oil tank and the equipment are connected by the cooler cooling, concentration sensor to the activated carbon adsorption tank adsorption, hydrocarbon oil adsorption, air and water through the equipment outlet and high-altitude pipeline connection emptying, when the adsorption reaches a certain concentration, stop the gas emptying, at the same time the adsorption tank vacuum to resolve oil and gas, through the cooler cooling into liquid after entering the spare oil storage tank. When the vacuum reaches the set pressure, the analysis is stopped, and the adsorption is re-adsorbed after the pressure is balanced. Wait for the oil tank to be rinsed before analysis. After the oil and gas in the tank is cleaned, the concentration sensor interlocks with the steam inlet to stop the steam from entering the tank.

Waterjet cleaning tank oil and gas treatment: In the process of water jet washing tank, because the cleaning and pumping device usually adopts the vacuum method, the gas in the tank is sucked into the cleaning system device, and the VTC-VR oil and gas recovery treatment device is added to the exhaust line of the tank cleaning device.
Working principle: the exhaust port in the tank washing device and the equipment are connected by the activated carbon adsorption tank adsorption, the hydrocarbon oil is adsorbed, the air and water are connected to the high-altitude pipeline through the equipment outlet and empty, when the adsorption reaches a certain concentration, stop the gas emptying, and at the same time the adsorption tank vacuum to resolve the oil and gas, and enter the reserve oil storage tank after cooling into liquid by the cooler. When the vacuum reaches the set pressure, the analysis is stopped, and the adsorption is re-adsorbed after the pressure is balanced. Wait for the oil tank to be cleaned before analysis.
