Vanpek has developed the AUTOT system, a fully automated, non-man entry processing system. Every component of the AUTOT system has been carefully selected with full consideration of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) factors.Equipped with a range of advanced safety features, the AUTOT sets a new standard for safe and environmentally friendly tank cleaning, sludge removal and oil recovery.
AUTOT is suitable for floating roof and dome-roof tanks with volumes up to 150,000 cubic meters and sludge contents easily exceeding 30,000 cubic meters. AUTOT can also be used for tanks containing crude oil, heavy fuel oil, catalytic cracking residue, waste oil, etc. Tank cleaning and oil recovery are performed simultaneously. Vanpek's patented AUTOT system provides an automated, non-man entry process for cleaning, sludge removing and recovering oil from tanks. This system features a mobile, modular design specifically built for cleaning large-capacity aboveground oil tanks.
The AUTOT process modules are housed within a 20-foot container, offering convenient transport and excellent mobility. The system primarily comprises four modules: suction and cleaning, pre-treatment separation, oil-water separation, and sludge removal. Other optional auxiliary equipment, such as office/laboratory containers, inert gas generators, and steam generators, can be provided upon request.
