Yanshan crude oil tank cleaning service

Vanpek Enterprises Beijing Inc. has completed the mechanical cleaning service projects of 9903# (100,000 cubic meters) and 9905# (20,000 cubic meters) crude oil storage tanks and grease traps in Niukouyu tank farm of the storage and transportation department of Beijing Yanshan Branch of Sinopec Corporation and other products independently developed and rated as a brand product by Industrial Cleaning Association of China (ICAC).

 

1.1 Project Overview:

According to the equipment maintenance plan of the Ministry of Storage and Transportation in 2019, it is necessary to clean the 9903# tank (100,000 cubic meters) outer floating roof, 9905# tank (20,000 cubic meter) vault crude oil tank and grease trap (20,000 cubic meter) in Niukouyu tank farm, requiring the use of mechanical cleaning method, 9903# tank and 9905# tank clearance tank are required to meet the equipment detection and maintenance hot conditions, the grease trap needs to be cleaned online, and the cleaning equipment is required to suction mixture without sludge after cleaning.

 

1.2 Job content:

* Mechanical cleaning of the bottom, tank wall, veneer, floating disk and heating coil in the 9903# and 9905# crude oil tanks.

* High-pressure warm water cleaning is carried out on the tank wall and floating warehouse on the floating plate, and high-pressure warm water cleaning is carried out in the dead corner where the mechanical cleaning of the tank bottom is not in place.

* When the cleaning is completed and accepted, the outer surfaces of the tank bottom, tank wall, veneer, floating plate, floating silo, central drainage pipe and heating coil in the tank should achieve a clear surface and no oil debris. The surface of the tank wall on the floating plate is clear, there is no adhesion, and the quality of the oil cannot be affected. When the grease trap needs to be cleaned online, it cannot affect the normal use of the grease trap. There is no clear water, sludge, and debris in the grease trap; No work waste (such as rags, tools, oil drums, woven bags, brooms and other construction debris or industrial waste).

 

1.3 Construction period: September 10, 2020 to November 10, 2020.

 

1.4 Equipment use: 9903#, 9905# crude oil tanks adopt VTC-3000R crude oil storage tank cleaning system independently developed by Vanpek, and grease trap cleaning adopts VTC-400 cleaning system independently developed by Vanpek, either. These equipment adopt modular system design, PLC process control, VTC-JT-76 with superior performance, Gamajet4 tank washer, etc., the system has the characteristics of short working time, high efficiency, and recycling of cleaning water. It has the characteristics of safety, environmental protection, high efficiency and energy saving.
