The Railway Tank Cleaning System is a fully automatic cleaning system designed by Vanbock specifically for railway tank transporters. After the system is cleaned, the tank wall can be dewatered and dried by the drying system. The cleaning operation is simple, safe and reliable, energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The process flow mainly includes the following parts: tank truck and cleaning device alignment, VTC-300R circulating water tank cleaning system, MIST 10 oil sludge treatment system, manual cleaning residue and wiping, air blowing and drying tank truck. VTC-300R circulating water tank cleaning system adopts 3D tank washer, oil-water separation technology and precision filtration technology. The system can realize the synchronous cleaning and suction, and use the vacuum pump to pump out the sewage in the tank while impacting and fully covering the cleaning of the residual materials and rust on the inner wall of the tanker, so as to achieve the purpose of thoroughly cleaning the residual materials on the inner wall of the tanker; The system realizes the recycling of cleaning water and oil recovery through separation and filtration equipment. The MIST 10 oil sludge treatment system adopts micro-emulsification technology to treat oily sludge, which can achieve the purpose of resource recovery while reducing or even harmlessly treating oil sludge. |
